1. Digital Software Products
Due to the digital nature of software, all sales are final once the license key or download link is delivered. Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
- The software is non-functional or does not match the description, and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- Duplicate purchase or accidental order (must be reported within 48 hours).
2. Services (Custom Development, Consulting, Support)
- Before work begins: Full refund available.
- After work begins: Refund is prorated based on work completed, minus a 15% administrative fee. No refunds after 50% of the project is delivered.
- Subscription services: You may cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial billing periods. Service continues until the end of the current paid period.
3. Amazon Affiliate Products
We do not sell physical products directly. Returns for items purchased via affiliate links must be handled through Amazon’s own return policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@codentricks.com within 7 days of purchase. Include:
- Order number and email used.
- Description of the issue.
- Screenshots or logs (if applicable).
We will respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
No refunds for:
- Products downloaded or activated more than 7 days ago.
- Services where work has been completed and delivered.
- Items purchased through unauthorized resellers.
